This is the most common guestion everybody ask."How much does a website cost?"

Let say we were a developement company and you came to us saying ‘I want you to build a house for me. How much will it cost?’ – we’ve got no idea what sort of building you’re looking for.

What size? What will the building be used for? How many people are you expecting to use it? In short, we need more details!

The point of this is basically that we can’t just say ‘this website will cost ??.’ Every client is different, just like every website is unique. Therefore, the best thing you can do is provide a detailed project specification for your site, letting us know exactly what you’d like us to do.

Next step in getting your website set up is to arrange a hassle-free meeting where we can make sure we are all on the same page in terms of what the website will look like, how it will work, what sort of tools you need and/or want.

This allows us to get to know you as a client and, more importantly, it allows you to get to know us and make sure we’re the right people for the job.

Once the meeting is over, we’ll get to work and send you a detailed proposal. Any changes that need to be made are not a problem as nothing is set in stone at this point, so any additions or anything you’re not 100% sure with can be worked out easily.

Once you are happy with our proposal we’ll put a contract together and ask you to sign it.

We’ll also ask you for a deposit. This means that both parties know where they stand and what is expected of them.

Obviously, if you have any problems or concerns about the contract we’re always willing to go through it with you, in person or via email/phone at your convenience. The contract is a really important part of the process and it’s vital everyone is comfortable before it is signed.

You can now sit back and relax, your website is in good hands! We’ll design the site within the agreed time scale, making sure to come back to you regularly in between with updates and work reviews. We’re always conscious that a website can be crucial to not just you, but your business, so it’s important to us to keep you in the loop.

The process is almost finished.

Once the work is completed, we’ll ask you for the remainder of the bill. This will have been agreed in the preliminary stages and will not have changed.

When the Invoice has been paid, the website is yours! We’ll deliver the website to you and discuss also if you require an ongoing maintenance with you. Obviously, we expect some months of keep working on your website if any bugs are found and need fixing.

Should you want us to continue to maintain and look after the website on a longer-term basis, we can discuss further work and payment at this point.
